New features

📝 Formatted replies

The chatbot will now respond with longer, more detailed, and more nicely structured replies.

It will use headings, lists, paragraphs and spacing when applicable, making a much nicer reading experience for the user.

🤖 New fine-tuned & BYOK models

We added support for both GPT-4o and GPT4o Mini as options for BYOK.

Additionally, we deployed 4 new fine-tuned models using GPT-4o primarily.

Aidbase’s internal models are now fully driven by GPT-4 as we deprecated the last GPT-3.5 model.

📌 Embed your forms everywhere

You can now embed your forms in any service that accepts iframes/embeds.

For instance, you can now add your forms directly to a Notion Doc 🤩

It’s very easy. Simply go to Ticket Forms, select the form you want to embed and then find the embed link under the Settings tab.
