New features

🐛 Better AI troubleshooting

One thing is automated AI support. But we also want to make humans better (and faster) at their jobs.

Which is why we have rolled out a new and improved AI model for suggesting troubleshooting steps in your ticket and email requests.

Simply click the little 🤖 button, and get a troubleshoot suggestion for the specific ticket or email.

⚙️ API updates

Our API is shaping up! You can now control Aidbase extensively using our API, including handling all forms of knowledge, chatbots, email inboxes, and ticket forms.

All endpoints are natively supported by both Zapier and Make. Building and automating with Aidbase has never been easier.

Improvements

  • Chatbot logos are now downscaled for faster load
  • Improved markdown formatting in chatbot replies
